Shopping in Jaipur The capital of Rajasthan-Jaipur-is one of the finest shopping destinations in Rajasthan. Jaipur is part of the famous Golden Triangle circuit and attract a large number of tourists. Most tourists apart from visiting various important landmarks in the Pink City make it a point to visit the lively bazaars of Jaipur. Jaipur has a number of markets that buzz with local and tourists alike through out the day. The choice is immense and you can choose to visit any of the bazaars depending upon what you wish to shop. For jewellery and tie-dye sarees maze through the various shops at Jauhari Bazaar. Textiles, shoes made of camel skin and local perfumes should be bought from the Bapu and Nehru Bazaar.

The famous Mirza Ismail Road or the M I Road as it is called, is dotted with various shops and a number of emporia. Carpets and durries are other popular items to shop for in Jaipur.

After visiting Hawa Mahal, you may walk down to the stalls at the central round about for perfume oils packed in glass bottles and stylist's rose and marigold garlands on ice. No matter, which market you visit on your tour of Jaipur, you always want to buy something more.
